If you are looking to get a personal best for a trail 50K, this may be the one. With only 2000ft of gain and 2500ft of loss, it will be quick. The course consists of 85% single track trails and 15% pavement. All of the pavement is at the end, where you will run the last 4 miles of the course on the paved Sacramento River Trail. You will be well supported with 4 evenly-spaced fully-stocked aid stations.
